Isa oversees operations at the Southwest American Job Center at Daley College, supervising staff, ensuring program performance, & taking the lead on facilitating and strengthening partnerships with organizations & local service delivery partners. Isa has been with E&ES for more than 30 years.
She understands all facets of programming and the nuances of federally funded workforce development programs. Isa is experienced working with federal workforce development programs, notably the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA), to deliver quality programming that connects individuals with quality training & employment opportunities. Isa co-chairs E&ES' Workforce Development Task Force & she currently sits on on the Richard J. Daley College Advisory Board.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University.
