Summary/Objective
Ensures that overall office operations are smooth and consistent.
Essential Functions
- Leads staff to achieve the performance goals as outlined
- Provides administrative oversight to all staff assigned to the program
- In conjunction with the Senior Vice President, establishes individual staff goals and timetables for desired program outcomes
- Reviews individual performances for goal achievement and related actions
- Approves and oversees the use of supportive services for their program
- Responsible for ensuring the assigned program(s) is in compliance with contract requirements and achieving established performance goals
- Develops relationships and partnerships with local organizations that will enhance the services offered
- Acts as a spokesperson at community events and meetings
- Completes weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that provide updates and current status of; performance, successes, highlights, activities and outcomes that take place within the program

Functions
- Restocking kitchen items.
- Restocking copier and printer with paper. Each ream of paper weighs approximately 5 pounds. Maintains appropriate supply of paper for all copiers and printers.
- Conducts trash rounds to dispose of all trash throughout the office. Must be able to lift trash baskets weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Cleans refrigerator. Removes contents and disposes of items as necessary.
- Wipes tables.
- Vacuums throughout the office.
- Assists in ordering functions for office, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Maintains overall organization of stock in office supply rooms and overall appearance of kitchens.
- Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen supplies.
Hours of Work
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Position requires the ability to work on evenings and weekends as needed.

Reports to Office Manager
