Essential Functions
  1. Maintain technical support effectiveness with acknowledgement, assessment, assignment, and verification step
  2. Meet Service Level Agreement thresholds for critical systems and services through remote diagnosis and proactive monitoring
  3. Maintain computer images to streamline equipment pre-configuration and deployment
  4. Serve as first point of technical support for IS team
  5. Acknowledge and initially diagnosis technical support requests
  6. Effectively utilize video conference, phone and chat tools to provide remote support
  7. Enter all helpdesk requests into support ticket tracking system
  8. Assist with account setup, maintenance and lockdown
  9. Effectively administer Google Workspace and train others
  10. Monitor spam, firewall filters, and network traffic
  11. Image equipment for rapid deployment
  12. Understand and follow technical support procedures and documentation
  13. Input, reporting and reconciliation of physical/digital assets
Skills & Experience

3-4 years of relevant IT experience

Strong organizational and communication(oral and written) skills

Must be customer service centric

Experience with Google Workspace preferred  

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a field role with a need to perform technical and administrative duties in a physical office. Role may require an ability to left30 lbs. and occasional travel to other office locations. Reliable transportation is required.

Hours Of Work
Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evenings and weekends as needed.
Reporting Relationships

Reports to Director of Information Services.
