Businesses that retain employees over the long-term save time and money, avoiding the high costs of turnover and the staff time needed to train new hires. We work directly with businesses and their new hires to promote retention and find solutions to issues that impact success on the job.

We work with candidates we place for one-year post-hire. Our staff stay in touch to offer support and help new hires transition into their new position. Assistance securing childcare during work hours, managing transportation to and from work, and obtaining work-appropriate clothing are among the supports we offer.
