You’re also helping your community: the economy thrives, job
seekers get good jobs, and the government reduces unemployment and
welfare expenses.
How does it work?
Yes. E&ES never charges businesses for our services. We receive funding from various public partners, allowing us to
reinvest funds into Chicagoland companies like yours to ensure the
Chicago metropolitan area remains a great place to live and work. (For
more information, please visit our
Partners page.)
We work with all types of companies and offer a free no-obligation
consultation to determine if the program is a good fit. As long as
you have at least four full-time employees, offer an adequate wage
and benefits package, and have appropriate supervision for the
trainee, your company should qualify.
You do not need an
existing training position or program to participate—just an experienced supervisor and the resources to collaborate
with us on developing a skills-training outline. In fact, many
smaller businesses find it offers a great opportunity to develop a
structured training program, helping them build a more skilled
workforce.
