How does it work?
 Just tell us what you need, and we will find qualified candidates to match your specifications.  You choose who to interview and hire, and then we collaborate to outline a training schedule ranging from six weeks to six months.  Once training is complete, we reimburse up to 50 percent of your training costs.

 Is this really free?
Yes.  E&ES never charges businesses for our services.  We receive funding from various public partners, allowing us to reinvest funds into Chicagoland companies like yours to ensure the Chicago metropolitan area remains a great place to live and work.  (For more information, please visit our Partners page.)

 Who is eligible?
We work with all types of companies and offer a free no-obligation consultation to determine if the program is a good fit.  As long as you have at least four full-time employees, offer an adequate wage and benefits package, and have appropriate supervision for the trainee, your company should qualify. 

You do not need an existing training position or program to participate—just an experienced supervisor and the resources to collaborate with us on developing a skills-training outline.  In fact, many smaller businesses find it offers a great opportunity to develop a structured training program, helping them build a more skilled workforce.

When can I start?
 Approval can occur within 24 hours after you sign our training agreement, a no-obligation document that outlines your proposed training program and required qualifications for trainees.  Once the agreement is approved, we will begin recruiting, screening, and referring candidates immediately.
